How to Convert Slow Motion Video to Normal Video on iPhone/iPad

With the release of iOS 9, Apple introduced a new feature of recording slow motion videos on iPhone. The Slow Motion video certainly occupies a lot of space on your device, depending on the length of the video. In case you are running out of space and also don’t want to delete your favorite Slow Motion video, then we have a solution.

The solution is to save your slow motion video on your Mac or anywhere else and then, converting your video back to normal speed. This will reduce the size of the video without deleting it completely. Check out the guide below for complete details.

How to convert slow motion videos to regular speed on iPhone or iPad:

Step #1. Open the Photos app from your iPhone home screen.

Step #2. Now tap on the Slow Motion video you wish to convert to normal speed.

Step #3. Tap on the “Edit” button.


Step #4. You will now see two sliders below the video. Now drag anyone of them to shrink into other. This will eliminate the Slow Motion portion of the video.

Step #5. After you are done, tap on the “Done” option located at the bottom-right side of the screen.
